Wine without sugar... How is it made?
The process all starts with a grape. The grapes for PURE Zero Sugar wines are harvested at exactly the right time when the sugars that can be fermented into alcohol are at their peak and the sugars that cannot be fermented into alcohol are not yet present.
Special fermentation technique
A crucial part of creating our Zero Sugar Wine is the fermentation process. This process is a specifically developed technique and yeast by our Italian winemaker, Daniele. The 100% natural fermentation technique makes it possible to ferment all sugars into alcohol leaving a zero sugar and zero carbs wine, which also contains fewer calories.
This way you can enjoy a glass of wine without feeling guilty!

The sugar and carb levels in our wines are constantly being monitored by independent laboratories. This is the reason why we are allowed to display a nutrition label on our wines as one of few in the world. I mean, have you ever seen a nutrition label on wine before?

Our wines have been awarded many prizes by wine experts, among other wines which do contain sugar and carbs. However, what do ordinary people think about the taste of our wines? We took it to the test with a street wine tasting experiment!
