Shipping Policy (Effective date – 6 June 2023)

Thank you for shopping with PURE THE WINERY AUSTRALIA.

Orders are processed daily (Monday to Friday) and most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and during public holiday periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days to up to a week.

PURE THE Winery apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please Note: Customers, are required to provide “authority to leave” information when placing an order. If no authority is provided, any “authority to leave” will be at the discretion of the driver. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place to leave the wine delivery, the wine will be returned to the Depot and another re- delivery will need to be scheduled or you must collect your wine at the local post office.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All Shipping charges are a FLAT DELIVERY CHARGE per Order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery zones

Metro: $10.00 including GST per order - Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (valid for Inner Melbourne, Inner Sydney, Inner Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast only)
Outer Metro: $14.50 including GST per order - Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
Regional: $30.00 including GST per order - Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

Please note that there are a few zones / postcodes, that we do not currently service.

If your postcode falls outside our serviceable areas, kindly contact us at australia@purethewinery.com for an individualised quote. (Minimum order quantity is 2 cases)

All deliveries, other than VIC Metro and VIC Outer-Metro, are serviced by Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for up-to-date delivery times and information. https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times.
