For our Zero Sugar Wine, the grapes are harvested early, while their sugar content is still low.
Our winemaker, Daniele, then applies a combination of unique and traditional fermentation techniques that naturally convert all present sugars into alcohol.
Thanks to this carefully controlled fermentation process, no residual sugars remain. This allows our wines to officially carry the ‘sugar free’ label, complete with a certified nutritional label.

This fermentation process ensures that all sugars in the grapes are fully converted into alcohol, leaving no residual sugars, unlike other quality wines.
