Cherry pink, light and bright in color. This wine contains fruity and floral notes: apricot and peach are evident, followed by strawberries, citrus, Mediterranean herbs and roses. This wine is full-bodied and has a pleasantly long finish. When it comes to rosé, Provence is second to none.

For our Zero Sugar Wine, the grapes are harvested early, while their sugar content is still low.
Our winemaker, Daniele, then applies a combination of unique and traditional fermentation techniques that naturally convert all present sugars into alcohol.
Thanks to this carefully controlled fermentation process, no residual sugars remain. This allows our wines to officially carry the ‘sugar free’ label, complete with a certified nutritional label.
