Straw yellow in color with amber and golden reflections. This wine with hints of citrus and white flowers has notes reminiscent of wood toasting. A pleasantly fresh wine with aromas of sweet vanilla and lightly roasted coffee.

For our Zero Sugar Wine, the grapes are harvested early, while their sugar content is still low.
Our winemaker, Daniele, then applies a combination of unique and traditional fermentation techniques that naturally convert all present sugars into alcohol.
Thanks to this carefully controlled fermentation process, no residual sugars remain. This allows our wines to officially carry the ‘sugar free’ label, complete with a certified nutritional label.
